ABOUT

After a lifelong obsession with cooking (and eating), Gabriella trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine graduating with a distinction in July 2015. From there she began working as Food Assistant at Seven Publishing for Sainsburys and Weight Watchers magazine, with main tasks including recipe writing and testing, as well as assisting food stylists for these clients. In 2017 she became Cookery Writer at Good Housekeeping magazine where her main responsibilities included coming up with feature ideas, writing and editing recipes to the Good Housekeeping style and ensuring recipes were triple tested. She also was responsible for organising photoshoots and styling many recipes in her time here. She then moved to HelloFresh where she developed recipes and was in charge of the editorial style guide. She ensured all recipes had a consistent tone and used methods proven to be successful for customers. This involved proof reading and editing the recipes before their publication.

Gabriella has also worked for Delicious Magazine, Olive Magazine, Pavillion Books, Immediate Media, Sous Chef, Time Inc, Kikkoman and has tested recipes for Weight Watchers and Sainsburys cookbooks.

Gabriella is available for food styling, recipe writing, editing, proof reading, developing and testing recipes. She is also available for any ghost writing projects.
